"Down" to 195, or a total of eight pounds lost in about 70 days, or one pound lost about every nine days.
It would be nice if I could hurry things up, but the rest of the month is a hazard course of parties and gift goodies.
This started out as "Can an Old Lady Lose Weight on Nutrisystem" but as time went on it became obvious Nutrisystem wasn't goting to work very well. As of 11-28-16 I am going to work on finding an alternative.
